Velandry and Wiles were honored at the Rotary's monthly Student of the Month Breakfast, held at Kittery Estates, on Tuesday, January 31.

Some quotes from staff about Camden:

"Several times over this school year, Cam has gone out of his way to help new students feel welcome at Shapleigh. It was clear that his efforts and kindness eased their transitions."

"Cam is a big help to me as well as the other students in the class. He always volunteers to do jobs and never complains about tasks at hand. He is a good listener and doesn't hesitate to ask questions when in doubt. He takes his work very seriously and always tries his best to do well in his assignments. Cam always has a positive attitude, and is a pleasure to work with!"

"Cam always helps the recess teachers with always bringing the walkie talkie out for us! He is always very helpful and willing to do anything for the teachers. A great help!"

"Cam is always polite and cheerful. His friendly smile brightens my day!"

"Cam is always positive, supportive of his peers, and is ready with walkie-talkie in hand to give me at recess time. When he shared with me he was receiving this honor I told him it was well deserved. He represents the best of the Shapleigh Sharks values."

"Cam is a great kid in PE! He always comes ready to play hard with a great attitude! Congrats Cam!"
