Trevor Romain Assembly Comes To Shapleigh

posted Nov 13, 2015, 5:44 AM by Seth Cole
Shapleigh School fourth and fifth graders addressed social and emotional issues they face every day on Thursday, November 12, as the Trevor Romain Company came to school for a 90-minute assembly in the gymnasium. In particular, the assembly focused on providing support for military families through the company's Military Deployment Initiative, with speakers from the Comfort Crew for Kids on hand to share their stories. Shapleigh School students also had the opportunity to ask questions, recount their stories and challenges, and engage in a fun, interactive presentation.
