Suicide Prevention Conversation To Take Place March 9

A suicide prevention conversation with local leading experts will take place on Monday, March 9 from 6-8pm at the Kittery Community Center. Panelists will share their personal experiences of losing a sibling and a child to suicide. Following the panel, there will be an informal discussion of resources and support services available from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to parents, teachers and loved ones. The evening will conclude with a discussion of emotional well-being of youth led by Dr. Rick Alleva, Youth & Family Resiliency Specialist at the University of NH.
