Spanish Teacher To Lead Student Trip To Mexico

Shapleigh School Spanish teacher Mary Beth Tietgens will lead a group of five students on a trip to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico during February vacation. The five students - three sophomore and two seniors at Traip Academy, four of whom went to Shapleigh previously - will be staying with local families as part of home stays and visiting historic Mayan sights and various ecological destinations in and around Mérida, Mexico.
