The Shapleigh School seventh and eighth grades will be taking day-long field trips to Boston in June. The eighth grade will be walking the entire three-mile Freedom Trail on Monday, June 4. Students will be visiting many of the landmarks along the way, including the USS Constitution, the Bunker Hill Monument, the Boston Massacre site, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and the North End including Paul Revere's House and the North Church.

On Wednesday, June 6, the seventh grade will make their annual trip to the Harvard University Natural History Museum in Cambridge, Mass. The museum is the most visited attraction at Harvard, and is the public face of three research museums: the Museum of Comparative Zoology, the Harvard University Herbaria, and the Mineralogical and Geological Museum.
