Safer Internet Day is celebrated worldwide in February each year to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones, especially among children and young people. As part of this celebration, Shapleigh will conduct this one-hour session to discuss this important topic.  Among the items to be addressed:

What to do when experiencing something negative online,
How to monitor, filter and restrict access to the internet at home,
What does cyberbullying look like, and how does it affect our children,
How we can help our children keep information private,

And much more!

Presenters include Shapleigh professional school counselors Kelly Martin and Kristin O’Neill, and Shapleigh technologist Seth Cole.

All Shapleigh School parents and students are invited and encouraged to attend! Light refreshments will be served.
