Field Trip Featured In Portsmouth Herald

posted Oct 8, 2015, 9:48 AM by Seth Cole
Shapleigh School fifth and sixth graders went on a field trip this week to Brave Boat Headwaters, and the excursion was featured in Thursday's Portsmouth (N.H.) Herald.

Fifth graders spent the day Tuesday on the outdoor classroom field trip, while sixth graders did the same on Wednesday, with perfect fall weather both days. There were several different educational experiences both days, plus an interactive quiz and lunch.

The field trips were a joint effort between the Kittery School Department and the Kittery Land Trust, which is preserving the 150-acre parcel of land in Kittery Point.
